I enjoyed this news story about how snow has been found, falling towards Mars.
Things like this always make me think about the vastness of space, and the smallness of Earth in general and me in particular.

I know! I heard that on the lunchtime news today and my mind was well and truly boggled. One minute they're saying Mars is a dead planet with no sign of water which means no life, and the next it's snowing!
it's quite exciting, isn't it?
My daughter in law rang yesterday to tell me it was snowing in Houghton Lake, MI. Not quite the same thing though huh?
