Morning Light, Christmas Day

There are glorious views across Tenby from Park Hotel because it's up high on the North Cliff.

I never tire of looking at all the different kinds of light on the sea and on Christmas Day morning it was particularly spectacular.

Mist just above the sea: (and you can click on all of these to make them larger)

Sunrise over the sea:

Red sky over Caldey Island in the distance:

I think my favourite is the one below, though - the combination of the light, the sea and the snow-covered roofs all looks like something from a fairytale.

I'm back in the real world now. I'd better go and put on another load of washing.

The sunrise over the sea and snow covered roofs ones are fabulous (the others are good too of course!). Hopefully looking at them will take you back to the Tenby magic whenever you need it.
Thank you for sharing them.

The last photo looks somehow Scandinavian - like Helsinki or Aarhus. Sounds as if you had a lovely break in Tenby but of course Yorkshire is where you really belong. Welcome home!

All your photos of Tenby have been great! You should be on commission from the local tourist board! I had never really had any interest in that part of the world until you started blogging about it.
