Autumn in Yorkshire

Autumn in Yorkshire - beautiful, isn't it?

But where is it? Somewhere in the Dales, perhaps?

And where's this?

The top one's Roundhay Park in Leeds earlier this week.

The second one's very near the centre of Huddersfield.

Just wanted to remind Silverback, who is from Leeds but is currently in America, of a bit of Yorkshire scenery. The countryside's pretty good too.

Thank you for that little bit of Yorkshire. So lovely after the dubious joys of Swindon... home of the Magic Roundabout

Thanks Daphne. Seems so green to me now and I know US friends make that comment when they come to visit me in England.
I recognised the Roundhay Park photo right away as it's my local and I've photographed it a lot............never actually been to Huddersfield so that was new to me.
